Psychedelic experiences can be beautiful, opening the door to profound insights, emotional breakthroughs, and deep healing. They can also be challenging, bringing up painful memories, unexpected emotions, and paradoxical questions. Without support, these moments may overwhelm us or fade away before we have the chance to weave their meaning into our daily lives. Wherever your journey takes you, you don’t have to walk the path alone. You deserve to feel safe and empowered every step of the way.
For the past six years, I’ve been supporting people as they navigate psychedelic experiences. Along the way, I’ve witnessed many courageous journeys of personal growth, healing, and spiritual exploration. One thing I’ve learned is how vital thoughtful preparation and integration are for turning these experiences into lasting change. In addition to supporting individuals with psychedelic harm reduction, preparation, and integration, I work with people who want to cultivate greater self-compassion, deepen their connection to their authentic self, and build healthier relationships. I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals, often incorporating somatic, attachment, experiential, and mindfulness-based therapy techniques.
