Jessica Hope, LMSW
Psychotherapist
San Antonio TX
I meet clients where they are—whether you are preparing for a psychedelic experience, seeking integration after one, or actively engaging in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. Sessions are designed to support clarity, meaning-making, and the embodiment of new perspectives in daily life. Together, we identify goals, address obstacles, and cultivate practices that reinforce growth beyond the therapy space. My role is to walk alongside you, offering structure, accountability, and compassionate presence as you navigate your healing journey.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), 20 year U.S. Army veteran, and founder of Therapized AF, PLLC. My career has been dedicated to helping high-performing individuals—including veterans, first responders, law enforcement, athletes, and executives—navigate trauma, moral injury, and treatment-resistant conditions. With advanced training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), financial social work, and sex therapy, I integrate lived experience, clinical expertise, and advocacy to create a space where healing and resilience are possible.
I work with: Individuals, Couples, Families, and Groups, in traditional talk therapy sessions, and also offer Intensive 2+ hours for deep trauma work and exploration.
Some of my Main Programs are:
