I believe that each person has the innate ability to overcome life's challenging obstacles. I'm committed to supporting each client on their journey to wellness. In addition to providing the most advanced evidence based practices, I conduct assessments with each client and tailor client specific treatment plans to meet their specific needs. When working with Psychedelics I use specific protocols which include assessment, preparation, activation, integration and follow-up services and assessment with each client who pursues this treatment modality.
My name is Jessica Little, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and self proclaimed professional psychonaut. I was born and raised in the third largest town in Utah which is home to the Cougars. From a young age, I was instilled with a sense of curiosity and drive to connect with people from all walks of life and I knew it was my destiny to make a positive impact in the world.
Growing up in a close-knit family, my parents played a pivotal role in shaping my values and beliefs. They taught me the importance of kindness, empathy, and perseverance. I have two older brothers who have been my source of laughter, inspiration and adventure.
My educational journey began at Utah Valley University, where I first discovered my passion for social justice and advocating for the vulnerable and oppressed. This enthusiasm for social work carried over into my graduate studies at the University of Utah, where I excelled academically and gained a solid foundation in my chosen field but also developed invaluable skills in critical thinking, problem-solving and collaboration. These skills have greatly contributed to my professional growth.
In terms of my career, I embarked on a journey in clinical social work practice right after graduation. I had the privilege of learning from some incredible people, groups and organizations, taking on diverse roles that have allowed me to broaden my knowledge and expertise. These experiences have taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of maintaining a positive mindset in the face of adversity. .
Outside of my professional pursuits, I am deeply passionate about connecting with nature, often finding me outside hiking, paddle boarding, gardening, and playing with my furry family members.
