I value collaboration and curiosity. I focus on providing a welcoming and non-judgemental space; a space where you can focus on what is important to you. My hope is that therapy provides an opportunity to understand yourself better and move in the direction of the life you want.
Since completing my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, I have gained experience in a variety of settings, including primary care, a specialized addiction program, and a ketamine assisted psychotherapy program. I have been fortunate to work with many different folks; adolescents and adults with diverse backgrounds and concerns (e.g., substance misuse, concurrent disorders, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns).
I am certified in Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy (IHRP), Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I'm also trained in Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) and credentialed through the Canadian Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies.
