In session I show up as a real person—present, attuned, and engaged. My work is relational and experiential, meaning we explore what arises in the room (or on the screen) together. I help clients slow down enough to notice the subtleties of their inner world and the patterns that shape their lives.
I integrate mindfulness, parts work, somatic awareness, ACT principles, and Gestalt experiments to help clients move from “figuring it out in their head” to truly feeling and understanding themselves. Clients often describe the process as grounding, clarifying, and empowering.
If you're working with psychedelics or altered states, I provide structure, support, and integration practices that help you translate insights into meaningful, sustainable change.
I am a mindfulness-based transpersonal therapist, sound healing practitioner, and psychedelic support provider dedicated to helping people reconnect with the healer that already lives within them. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University with a specialization in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Biology from Baker University.
My work blends contemplative practice, somatic awareness, and psychedelic-informed care. I believe healing happens through presence, curiosity, and authentic relationship—and that even the most difficult moments can become invitations toward deeper self-connection. My approach is experiential, compassionate, and gently humorous when the moment calls for it (because sometimes laughter is medicine, too).
A bit about me as a human: I’m a father of two incredible kids who remind me daily how to stay present, playful, and humble. I also share my home with four cats—each with a distinct personality and a clear belief that they run the place. When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me making music in the woods, exploring new ideas with a cup of tea in hand, or tending to the small rituals that keep life grounded.
I’m passionate about the concept of Self-Ecology—supporting people in creating inner and outer environments that foster balance, authenticity, and meaning. Across all my offerings, whether in therapy, sound healing, or psychedelic integration, I aim to help clients feel more connected to themselves, others, and the world they move through.
