I work with a variety of modalities, including: somatics, mindfulness, body trauma liberation, biodynamic breath work, ketamine and ketamine assisted healing journeys, among others, to help you gain access to your own inner healing intelligence.
I also provide psychedelic preparation and integration in addition to harm reduction services.
I am a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of nursing experience. I began my nursing career in 1996 after transitioning from the Emergency Medical Technician field into nursing. I am also a Certified Integrative Trauma Coach and Practitioner through the Aura Institute, a graduate of InnerTrek’s Psilocybin Facilitator Program, and have completed the Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy program from The Ketamine Training Center. I have also completed additional continuing medical education programs in Internal Family Systems, Health Equity, Justice Equity Inclusion and Diversity (JEDI), and Somatics. I am a member of the American Psychedelic Practitioners Association (APPA), the Psychedelic Advocacy Network, the Psychedelic Association of Arizona (PAAZ), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and the Arizona Nurses Association (AZNA).
I provide ketamine prescriptions if appropriate for ketamine assisted healing journeys. These can be done individually or as part of a group. These are done in a very intentional way in a comfortable place where set and setting are maximized including preparation, supervised journeys, and integration.
I offer a number of 1 on 1 and group sessions for somatic work, body trauma liberation, mindfulness, biodynamic breath work, grief work, and support with death and dying.
