A Relational, Somatic Approach. My work supporting each person within a psychedelic experience is always grounded in the understanding that transformation happens through relationship and embodied presence, not protocol alone. The Integration Circle (TOPIC) On the first Tuesday evening of each month, I co-facilitate an online trauma-informed integration circle where participants process experiences from clinical trials, therapeutic sessions, breathwork, or personal exploration. This isn't simply a sharing space, it's a relational field where co-regulation happens collectively. Through psycho-education on nervous system function, interoception, and polyvagal theory, participants learn to track their somatic responses while being held in community. We use seasonal themes, alternating prompts for conscious and unconscious processing, and embodied practices to help people move from cognitive insight to lived, cellular integration. Core Principles Co-regulation over explanation: Your nervous system learns safety through mine Somatic primacy: The body holds wisdom that the mind hasn't yet articulated Intersubjective witnessing: You don't integrate alone, healing happens in relationship Trauma-informed always: Understanding when to titrate, when to resource, when to move toward intensity Long-term commitment: Real integration takes months, even years not a few sessions This approach bridges the clinical rigour of psychotherapy with the transformative capacity of expanded states, always holding both the mystical and the embodied.
I specialise in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT) and psychedelic integration, working at the forefront of what many consider the most significant breakthrough in mental health treatment in decades. Psychedelic Integration & PAT As a trained PAT practitioner and co-facilitator of TOPIC (Trauma-Informed Online Psychedelic Integration Circle), I support people processing profound experiences from clinical trials, therapeutic contexts, breathwork, or personal exploration. Whether you've encountered mystical states, therapeutic breakthroughs, or challenging material, I create trauma-informed spaces for making lasting meaning from these experiences. My approach combines clinical rigour with deep respect for non-ordinary states of consciousness, bridging expanded states with everyday integration. Clinical Background With over 20 years in mental health, I hold: Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy (The Minster Centre, London) EMDR training – particularly effective alongside psychedelic integration Yoga Therapy specialising in mental health Full UKCP accreditation My early career in the creative arts, combined with training across psychodynamic, relational, transpersonal, and somatic modalities, enables me to hold space for the ineffable, honouring both mystical and clinical dimensions of healing. The psychedelic renaissance is opening new pathways for healing trauma, depression, anxiety, and existential distress. I'm committed to bringing the highest standards of therapeutic practice to this emerging field.
I offer Group Preparation and Integration plus Individual Sessions. Individual Psychedelic Support Work: A Shared Journey. For clients seeking deeper 1:1 work, I've developed a comprehensive model, alongside trusted and respected mentors and colleagues, spanning nine to twelve months. Screening and assessment is required to ensure your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing is always prioritised and supported. Preparation Phase: Working relationally to build the nervous system capacity needed for expanded states. This isn't about setting intentions, it's about establishing safety in your body and within our relationship, so you can tolerate what emerges. We address trauma history, build resources, and use yoga therapy and somatic practices to prepare your system. The Longer Sessions: Co-facilitated extended sessions where two facilitators hold space for up to eight hours. We're providing a relational container where your nervous system can regulate through ours while you navigate difficult material. Integration Phase: This is where EMDR becomes particularly powerful. The bilateral stimulation helps consolidate insights while processing any traumatic content that surfaced. Combined with ongoing bodywork, somatic tracking, and our relational field, we transform peak experiences into lasting neurobiological and psychological change. This longer psychedelic support is the result of many years of study and endless conversations with colleagues regarding how to achieve the safest and most effective psychedelic experience. There are always two therapists involved, both dedicated to your needs & to achieving a transformative outcome.
