My work focusses on alchemizing client's experiences through talk-therapy, gentle breath and movement invitations, as well as exposure or immersive exercises. We contemplate the meaning that has crystallized following mystical experiences and integrate findings into tangible actions or processes.
My curiosities of the human experience began to take form in 2012, working alongside folks with schizophrenia and autism in psychiatric out-patient facilities. As long as I can remember, there has been a fascination with the worlds beyond the 3-Dimensional. The imaginative, the creative, and the mystical experiences guide emotions, thoughts, and human reality into unchartered territories of fascinating proportions, where we find Self in unique relationship with truth and reality.
Undergraduate work focussed on the study of consciousness, dynamic and conscious relating, as well as the power of thought, hope, and faith on the human condition. Graduate studies furthered this endeavour by distilling findings into a therapeutic techniques to support transpersonal mapping of the human condition, focusing on ancestral and family systems, emotional intelligence, spirituality, and breath studies.
