Kelly Dundon, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Bella Vista AR
A cornerstone of my approach is trauma-informed care, where I create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore and address past traumas. Whether it's navigating post-traumatic stress disorder or working through challenges related to personality disorders, I'm dedicated to helping clients reclaim their agency and resilience.
In addition to traditional therapy, I prioritize holistic well-being by offering resources and practices such as mindfulness, yoga, and breathing techniques. These tools empower clients to not only manage their mental health but also enhance their overall quality of life.
Additionally, I am trained in the foundations of psychedelic-assisted therapy and can provide support in planning and integrating transformative psychedelic experiences. Additionally, I offer ketamine preparation and integration sessions to help individuals derive long-term benefits and personal insights from these experiences.
Inclusivity is central to my practice with the hope that all feel seen, heard, and supported on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQAI+ -identifying folks, and women or femme-identifying individuals. My approach is grounded in authenticity, empathy, and empowerment. Together with my clients, we embark on a collaborative journey towards self-awareness, growth, and resilience.
