I begin by getting to know your intentions, your story, and the landscape you are navigating. Together, we create a grounded, safe container. My role is not to tell you what your experience means, but to support you in listening to your own inner wisdom and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that are seeking attention, healing, or expression.
I'm a holistic psychotherapist specializing in psychedelic-informed care and integration support for adults across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Born and raised in Philadelphia, I earned my MSW from Temple University and have spent my career supporting individuals across a variety of settings before opening Awaken Your Power Counseling. My practice honors the sacred roots of plant medicine and recognizes the profound impact that expanded or non-ordinary states of consciousness can have on personal growth.
