I was raised in the Pacific Northwest and attended college and graduate school in the Midwest, graduating with a PhD in Counseling Psychology in 2015. I share my home with my life partner of 20 years and enjoy reading, nature, and caring for our pets and garden.
I provide individual mental health counseling, career counseling, and psychedelic integration therapy. My areas of focus include: Existential Concerns, Identity Exploration, Self-Compassion, LGBTQIA+ Wellbeing, Trauma Processing, Life Transitions, Mindfulness, Harm Reduction, Relationships, Perfectionism, Fatigue/Burnout, and Anxiety/Depression.
One of my most recent professional roles has been Director of Training at an APA-Accredited doctoral internship. I enjoy supporting fellow therapists in their professional and personal journeys. If you are a therapist or therapist-in-training, I am happy to provide therapeutic and/or consultative support.
I completed the MAPS MDMA-Assisted Therapy Training Program in 2021 and have additional specialized training in integration therapy through Kayru Wellness.
