I was raised in the Pacific Northwest and attended college and graduate school in the Midwest, graduating with a PhD in Counseling Psychology in 2015. The red rocks of Southern Utah have been my home for nearly a decade, but my heart is still PNW green. Since 2013, I have worked in college counseling, specializing in a wide variety of concerns that are common to emerging adulthood. I also find meaning in supporting the next generation of therapists. I have provided clinical supervision to doctoral psychology students since 2018 and have directed an APA-accredited doctoral internship since 2022. I completed the MAPS MDMA-Assisted Therapy Training Program in 2021. I am currently expanding my therapy practice to include more clients who are working on psychedelic integration.
