People often come to this work with an experience they are trying to understand, a journey they are preparing for, or a sense that insight has not yet become change. I offer preparation, journey support, and integration grounded in harm reduction, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and careful attention to the nervous system. We make room for what emerged while staying close to the practical questions that follow: what needs care, what has changed, what remains unresolved, and how the experience might be carried into relationships and daily life.
I am a therapist, educator, and scholar of human development. My work has developed across counseling, teaching, healthcare, spiritual care, somatic practice, and contemplative education. I work with adults navigating burnout, grief, depression, relationship strain, spiritual questioning, and life transitions. My approach is relational and embodied, drawing from somatic awareness, parts work, mindfulness, and compassion-focused practice.
I am a pre-licensed mental health counselor in New York working under clinical supervision and a PhD candidate in Human Development.
My psychedelic work supports people in preparing for, navigating, and integrating non-ordinary experiences. We attend to intention, safety, the nervous system, what emerged during the experience, and how its meaning might take form in relationships and daily life. Depending on location and context, this work may include non-clinical preparation, journey support, integration, education, and facilitation, offered only where legally permitted.
I provide psychotherapy only to clients physically located in New York, where I practice under clinical supervision. Outside New York, this work is non-clinical. I am a Credentialed Psychedelic Therapist through Medicinal Mindfulness. I do not prescribe, provide, sell, or direct people to obtain controlled substances.
