Welcome! I’m thrilled to introduce you to our practice. I’m La Tanya Wallace, the founder of La Wallace, Nurse Practitioner & Associates. Our practice is rooted in the concept of integrative therapies and sustainable healing, with a particular focus on supporting individuals exploring transformative paths, including psychedelic integration. As a Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Naturopathic Health Clinician with over 15 years of experience, I approach care holistically, treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Psychedelic integration is a specialized area of our work, where we help clients process and integrate the insights and experiences gained through intentional psychedelic use, whether for personal growth, trauma healing, or expanded self-awareness. We provide compassionate support for navigating mood dysregulation, trauma, life transitions, or professional and relational challenges—empowering you to align with your highest self and access your innate healing potential.
