I have developed a comprehensive liberation-oriented model for brief dynamic trauma therapy which I offer as a 12-week intensive group program. I leverage the same model with adult individuals, couples, polycules, and even friend groups. As evidenced by centuries of indigenous practice, the use of psychedelics illuminates possibilities for congruence between the center of you, your environment, community, spirituality.
I offer psychedelic integration therapy which may begin prior to your psychedelic experience or after. I do not provide psychedelics nor do I guide the psychedelic experience(s) themselves.
The central theme of my passion in life is expanding and playing with possibilities. This requires liberation from the trauma and mis-attunements woven into us through our lives. This was my own experience in life and I swore to myself as a kid that if I could identify a way to untangle my own complex trauma (C-PTSD) then I would analyze it, figure out a framework and help others do the same. As a kid, I knew that for me to be liberated I just needed someone to tell me how life works then I could play with it. Now, I continue in this way both personally and professionally with each expanding the other.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the State of Washington. I graduated with a Master of Social Work from the Smith College School for Social Work in Northampton, MA, and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
