Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate

In the safe and supportive space we create together, I tailor my skillset to your dynamic, unique needs, offering practical (and, if you're into it, spiritual) opportunities for transformative insight and growth. As we witness and work through your internal experience, we have a chance to heal and reclaim what matters most. I believe you have the answers inherently, and it’s just a matter of accessing them. Our therapeutic relationship is vital, and how we collaborate and support your engagement is key. People who are curious, willing to go deep, and interested in embodiment would benefit from collaborating with me. I value when clients flex their individual strengths and work through the hard emotions in a self-compassionate way. I am committed to helping my clients cultivate resiliency and accessibility to their innate power. I am humbled to walk alongside each individual as they embark on their path toward wholeness.
Raised in Kansas and residing in Denver, Colorado since 2012, I am a therapist, sister, daughter, artist, animal-caregiver, and partner. My bloodlines have been shaped by the indigenous lands of the Comanche peoples and regions of Germany through my father’s line, and the landscapes of Belgium and Ireland through my mother’s. After battling my own journey with substance addiction, my path in supporting others began during a personal transformation in my late twenties. Like seeds waiting for the right conditions to sprout, this pivotal time inspired me to explore contemplative practices and the integration of Eastern, Western, & Indigenous healing approaches. I root my practice in accountability and reciprocity while committing to communal spaces of connection, exploration, and healing. My work focuses on helping individuals uncover and reclaim their choice and expression through a collaborative, safe, and non-judgmental space. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal. I am humbled to walk alongside others as they embark on their path toward wholeness. Our work together is like tending a garden—patient, intentional, and trusting in the natural wisdom of growth.
