The work I do is Client Centered, meaning I work to help you see the wisdom, strength and solutions you hold inside you.
I work from the understanding that a large portion of our suffering comes from being disconnected from the inner wisdom we have inside of us, and finding our path “home” inside ourselves is critical to feeling connected to our communities, families, careers, passions, and loved ones.
Our time together is spent focusing on giving you the space to be understood in a way that feels right to you. This is done while guiding you away from the story you have been telling yourself about suffering and gently into the present moment and your body.
The story we tell ourselves is often disconnected from our body and this present moment.
Using meditation, mindfulness, expressive arts, play, empathy and curiosity I will support you in building a new relationship with how you struggle and suffer, simultaneously working to connect you to your senses, body, this present moment and your own deep wisdom and capacity to heal yourself.
I believe living in itself involves suffering and freedom from suffering involves our ability to find our own voice/ truth/ path/ wisdom from within ourselves. I specialize in helping people develop and explore this life within and expand in a world that is difficult to navigate at times. Some of the issues I have worked with extensively:
-Spiritual development
-Trauma & Addiction
-Depression
-Anxiety
-Personality, Identity, cultural and complexities
-Partner/couples challenges
I do not provide or advocate for the use of illegal substances.
I have struggled personally from the impact of trauma and have been working for the last 15 years with non-ordinary states of consciousness such as meditation, yoga and breathwork for my own personal acceptance, faith, and surrender to this beautiful life. I work with individuals to help them integrate experiences brought on by events, activities or behaviours they have engaged in or have witnessed that in some way change their perception of reality for better or worse.
