Hi, I'm Lesley, an art therapist, counselor, and artist residing in Portland OR. I am originally from New Orleans and moved to Portland in 2005, where I enjoy being part of a thriving visionary art community, taking care of my plants and pets, and enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I am an artist as well as a therapist, and enjoy both. Art and Yoga are my primary spiritual practices although as a mystic at heart, I love to learn and read about all things that help me to feel connected to something larger than myself, while keeping me rooted in my body and on the earth.
I offer ketamine assisted psychotherapy along with preparation and integration sessions as a package. I also provide integration support before and after planned ceremonies, therapeutic psychedelic sessions, or self-guided sessions. I offer art therapy groups for psychedelic integration in my office in Portland as well as online. I also facilitate an art-based support group for therapists and healers, and a drop in group for the general public called "paint your feelings" which is a lightly guided process painting session to connect to flow states and experience creativity in community.
