I also guide clients through the process of preparing, facilitating, and integrating expanded states with Ketamine. Ketamine is a fast-acting transformational medicine. It can disrupt negative thinking and lift the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other conditions within an hour. When anxiety and depression become the norm, it causes neurons in the brain to become stunted with fewer connections. Ketamine helps repair this damage by stimulating neuroplasticity- nourishing the brain and strengthening new connections between neurons. It normalizes activity in a part of the brain known as the default mode network to create healthier patterns.
