Lindsay Jensen-Evans, NMIT, ACC
Natural Medicine Facilitator, Breathwork Guide, Certified Holistic Health Coach
Steamboat Springs CO
Lindsay works with individuals seeking intentional support around psychedelic experiences, life transitions, and personal transformation. Her process begins with an initial consultation to clarify goals, intentions, and readiness. From there, she co-creates a personalized framework that may include breathwork, ritual design, somatic awareness practices, and integrative reflection.
Rooted in trauma-informed care, Lindsay’s sessions are relational, non-directive, and guided by presence. She views the client as the ultimate authority of their experience and facilitates from a place of deep listening and attunement. Whether preparing for or integrating expanded states, each session is designed to foster nervous system regulation, emotional release, and spiritual clarity.
Lindsay offers one-on-one sessions virtually and in person in both Colorado and Hawaii, as well as small group circles for community-based integration. Her work invites clients to return to their inner knowing and to embody the insights that emerge through love, breath, and conscious awareness.
