I offer individual, couples, and group therapy, an often overlooked option that offers participants many benefits. I am committed to giving patients a holding space that supports them and allows them to process and make meaning of their family dynamics, personal challenges, and the specific roles they serve. Therapy is a beautiful and challenging journey, and I would be honored to walk its path with you as you explore and discover fulfillment in your life.
