Loni Lamm, LPCA

Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, NCC (Supervised by Christine Myers, LPC-S)
Spring Branch TX
Through the benefits of Telehealth technology, I create a safe, trusting, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where you are able to process thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and experiences that you may not feel safe to discuss in other environments. It is crucial that a client can feel safe when beginning their therapeutic journey with their therapist. Each client's experience with therapeutic processing and integration is extremely important and a unique opportunity to navigate the complexities of life and inward exploration. My sessions are a safe place to laugh, cry, work through frustrations and anger, say what you need to say, and yes, you can curse without feeling like you need to apologize.
Loni Lamm is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate in the state of Texas. She is a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC- ID 1600225) providing professional therapy services. Loni graduated from the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. While on her own personal journey of healing, self-evolvement, and study, she entertained the internal call to sit with individuals struggling with substance abuse, misuse, and addiction due to a life changing experience she had while attending an approved AA support group she observed as a prerequisite to graduation. Since that day, Loni has found fulfillment, passion, and gratitude in being invited, by her clients, to accompany them along their journeys of healing, growth, and evolution. As the daughter of a veteran, she has a driven passion and strong desire to work with military members (veterans, retirees, and active duty) and first responders that are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, substance use, and addiction. Offering a unique personal experience in religious and faith transitions, Loni understands the complexities and opportunities that can be available with spiritual exploration. Spirituality remains a curiously consistent component of healing whether it be in treating trauma, addiction, or mental health struggles; most importantly, it is unique to each individual. Loni is highly skilled in the area of assisting individuals in navigating high demand religions; each approach is unique to the individual attempting to explore this area of their life, should they express the desire to do so.
