Maria (Masha) meets clients where they are, with curiosity, respect, and care. She takes time to understand each person’s story and works at a pace that feels safe, grounded, and supportive. Building trust and helping the nervous system settle are central to her work. Care may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, thoughtful medication management when appropriate, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, or preparation and integration for non-ordinary experiences. Maria focuses on helping insights translate into everyday life—supporting change that feels embodied, meaningful, and lasting.
Maria (Masha) is a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. She provides integrative, trauma-informed psychiatric care and specializes in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and psychedelic preparation and integration. Maria is a licensed psilocybin facilitator in Oregon and a Natural Medicine in Training (NMIT) facilitator in Colorado. Her work emphasizes safety, ethics, and careful pacing when working with non-ordinary states of consciousness. She supports individuals in understanding and integrating their experiences in ways that are grounded, embodied, and sustainable. Community is central to Maria’s work. She values collective healing spaces and, when invited, participates respectfully in Indigenous-led ceremonies, approaching these traditions with humility and care. Through MindMorph, Maria supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, and the integration of psychedelic experiences—helping translate insight into meaningful, lasting change.
