I'm a therapist, surfer, musician, and explorer at heart. I am dedicated to service and our personal and collective healing. If you're struggling with anxiety, loneliness, relationship issues, feeling stuck, depression, a career transition, burnout, or grief -- I'm here to help. My goal is to help you develop the clarity, compassion, and courage to move forward. We'll identify what you value, what's blocking you, and how to connect with your Self more deeply. I see a diverse range of clients - men, young professionals, creatives, veterans, digital nomads, immigrants, LGBTQ, students, young parents, and folks in a life transition to name a few. I also worked in rainforest conservation and have a deep understanding of ecological collapse, grief, and anxiety. Ayahuasca was the initial bridge for me between rainforest preservation and psychotherapy. I spent some time doing nature therapy, rites of passage, and the last few years mostly psychedelic-assisted therapy including being a guide and therapist at several ketamine therapy providers. I am trained in Internal Family Systems through the IFS Institute, Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) through Polaris Insight Center, and facilitating FDA clinical trials for both 5-MeO-DMT through Fluence and psilocybin through Usona Institute. I got my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am now an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor.
