My primary means of caring for people involving helping people work toward solutions for their existence by understanding how to accept their life while shifting toward new commitments aligned to their primary values. In order to best serve people in need, I continually study, research, and pursue advanced training. I hold multiple certifications across trauma and addictions treatment, autism and ADHD care, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, neurocriminology, neuropsychotherapy, EMDR (including the Flash Technique), Coherence Therapy, Rapid Trauma Processing, and Gottman- and EFT-based couples counseling. I’ve been awarded International and National fellowships and research grants.
