Maryana Harrelson, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Marietta GA
I offer preparation, integration sessions, and guidance during the journeys.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with over 25 years of experience in psychotherapy. Originally from Ukraine, I am fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and I bring a culturally attuned and compassionate perspective to my work.
I specialize in trauma, which can manifest as depression, anxiety, anger, physical symptoms, and challenges in relationships and self-esteem. My approach is integrative and deeply relational, supporting clients in reconnecting with their inner resources for healing and growth.
I have received training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, including Ketamine, MDMA, and Psilocybin-assisted approaches. Through both professional experience and personal insight, I have come to understand that, when used with intention and therapeutic support, these medicines can serve as powerful catalysts—helping individuals access deeper layers of awareness, process unresolved trauma, and reconnect with their innate capacity for healing.
In my work with clients engaging in psychedelic experiences for therapeutic purposes, I have witnessed meaningful and often accelerated progress in emotional healing, personal transformation, and spiritual growth. These experiences can support a deeper connection to oneself, others, nature, and a sense of something greater—facilitating a return to wholeness, balance, and well-being.
