If you’re here, it means something in you is ready for change, even if part of you feels uncertain or tired. Beginning therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about having the courage to look honestly at your life and decide that you deserve something more aligned, more grounded, and more whole. You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need a perfect plan. You only need a willingness to show up as you are. In this space, you’ll be met with empathy, respect, and a therapy that honors your nervous system and your story.
As a licensed professional counselor I have extensive experience in outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth settings, I have expertise in providing mental health services with individuals who suffer from substance use disorders, complex trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, and attachment related issues. My primary clientele consists of individuals between the ages of 15 and 65. I co-founded a technological based behavioral health startup company that utilized telehealth and AI to improve clinical outcomes and helped people get better faster. Additionally, I have mentored clinicians, graduate-student interns, and developed continuing education programs for the American Psychological Association and the National Association of Social Workers.
I hold two master’s degrees in counseling and I am board certified through the Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals. I received my psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy training at the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) where I became certified to facilitate preparation and integration therapy sessions for MDMA-assisted therapy. Today I am pursuing a PhD where my program of study is in General Psychology with an Emphasis on Technology and Learning.
I offer outpatient therapy sessions where we collaborate throughout your treatment to set clear goals and objectives that will help you develop the best version of yourself. My expertise lies in treating anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, mindfulness training, and preparing and integrating sessions for psychedelic-assisted therapy (in legal settings only, such as clinical trials, and/or in locations where psychedelic-assisted therapy is legal).
