We start by clarifying what you want to change and what tends to get in the way. From there, sessions are collaborative and structured, with skills you can actually use between sessions.
For preparation, we focus on intention setting, coping plans, safety planning, and strengthening emotion regulation and communication. For integration, we focus on meaning making, accountability, and follow through so the work does not stop with the experience.
I am a clinical psychologist (Provisionally Licensed Psychologist) based in Austin. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, and patterns like people pleasing and difficulty with boundaries and assertiveness.
A major focus of my work is psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy support. I can provide psychedelic preparation and integration sessions for clients exploring legal psychedelic therapies (e.g., ketamine). I do not provide, prescribe, supply, administer, or attend dosing sessions, and I do not advise on obtaining or using illegal substances.
I have extensive experience in outpatient psychotherapy and behavioral medicine settings, and I have ongoing training and education in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and psychedelic research/science.

*I am a provisionally licensed psychologist practicing under the supervision of Krista Jordan, PhD, ABPP.*
I offer psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy support focused on preparation and integration for adults pursuing lawful treatment pathways. Sessions are designed for people who want a grounded, clinically informed process that emphasizes readiness, safety, and follow-through.
Most clients start with preparation, which is typically 2 to 3 sessions. Integration is individualized and continues for as many sessions as needed.
Sessions are $200 per 60 minutes and are available in person in Austin or via secure telehealth across Texas. Fit is confirmed through an initial screening focused on goals, support needs, and safety considerations.
