Hi, I’m Diana Maya
I am so happy to be on this path with you. I am passionate about working with individuals and couples to uncover their natural aliveness and relaxed awareness.
I specialize in working with trauma – including developmental, attachment trauma, and complex trauma, as well as depression, anxiety, addictions, disordered eating, and existential issues.
I received my Masters Degree from Naropa University in Transpersonal Counseling, and my Ministerial license from the Congregation for Sacred Practices. I hold certificates in The Gottman Method, PET-C (Pragmatic / Experiential Therapy for Couples), Brainspotting, and PRATI Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. I utilize a somatic approach that is supported by IFS parts work, shadow work, attachment repatterning, and nervous system healing. I have also studied extensively with spiritual masters such as Shinzen Young, Mooji, Adyashanti, Rupert Spira, and Tsoknyi Rinpoche, which allows me to assist you in uncovering and living your true essence.
