Psychedelic-Assisted Coach
Denver CO
I offer my clients a unique, "value-based care" approach, similar to a healthcare model with a flat fee and a focus on outcomes. This differs from most therapists in this space in that I am not preoccupied with being reimbursed for "hourly" fees. Unlike a clinician, as a certified and licensed psychedelic-assisted coach, my methodology is less prescriptive/directive and more inquiry-based, encouraging my clients' own inner-healing capabilities. We focus on goals, integration of insights, and practical steps towards developing the most impactful outcomes. I rely heavily on current research, integrate with my clients' healthcare providers, and offer a pragmatic and safety-focused approach to psychedelic-informed care. I offer a mix of online and in-person sessions, tailored to the needs of each client. I am affiliated with licensed healing centers in both Colorado and Oregon.
I am the Founder and Managing Director of Cross the Road Coaching and Consulting, an executive and personal development firm focused on helping people live their best lives. As well as being a certified executive coach, I am have also earned certifications from Fluence in Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy and Psychedelic Therapy and Integration. I have a BA in Psychology from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School followed by an almost 3 decades-long career in executive leadership roles. I believe in the power of psychedelic-assisted coaching to help my clients achieve breakthrough insights and lasting positive impacts in their lives.
I offer a flat-fee, psychedelic-informed coaching program that includes as a baseline 3 preparation sessions, an administration session, and 3 integration/coaching sessions. Additional sessions may be added on an as-needed basis. For clients traveling from outside of Colorado or Oregon, we offer assistance in arranging transportation and lodging.
