In 2015, I completed the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine in Tucson , Arizona through the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine founded by Dr. Andrew Weill, which gave me a great background by which to help my patients get a more holistic approach to their mental health care needs.
Since then , I have received several training programs in integrative approaches to mental health through Integrative Medicine for Mental Health (IMMH) , Great Plains Laboratory, and the Institute for Psychiatric Services.
In 12/18, I was certified in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (abbreviated as KAP from hereon). through the Ketamine Training Center in St Anselmo. This training was led by Dr. Phil Wolfson and Julane Andries and this has remained a major emphasis of my practice. Psychedelic therapies are a very important tool in getting to the root causes of many of my patient's mental health needs.
Since then, I have conducted have co-facilitated numerous individual and group KAP sessions with both oral and IM Ketamine in multiple settings.
In this process, I have conducted many Medical/Psychiatric Evaluations and ongoing prescriber support for clients pursuing KAP through their psychotherapist.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, going to the gym, and yoga, to name a few.
