I hold in-person and remote sessions with clients presenting with a wide range of concerns, including complex trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, grief and loss, substance use, and issues rooted in spiritual or transgenerational experiences. I believe in meeting clients “where they are at” while nurturing opportunities for greater harmony, connection, and play.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University and a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University. My journey in mental health began over a decade ago with MAPS’ Zendo Project, supporting individuals navigating challenging psychedelic experiences at large-scale events. This foundation informs my commitment to creating safe, compassionate spaces for personal growth and healing.
