When I meet with a client, I first aim to get to know them. I believe rapport and the therapeutic relationship is essential for working together and achieving deep, personal results. My approach is very client centered and is always formed with the client ; considering goals, commitment, day to day life, belief systems, health status, phase of life and etc.. I believe no approach fits the same two clients. I take an individualized approach to all clients, and work using a variety of modalities and skills to meet each clients individual needs.
Hi! I'm Nicole. I am passionate about mental. physical, spiritual and emotional wellness. I am also passionate about psychedelics and plant medicines; and their way of unlocking healing potential within us. I am lucky to be alive in a time where my passions merge; and I am able to be my full, authentic self in my work. I truly am honored to be a clinician working with those brave enough to go on the journey within.
