Nicole Watson, MSN

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Chantilly VA
I begin with a comprehensive evaluation to understand each client’s history, current symptoms, prior treatment experiences, and goals. This initial phase allows us to identify contributing factors and determine whether infusions or other interventions are appropriate. From there, we develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, integrative strategies (such as lab testing, nutrition, and supplements), and ketamine infusions when indicated. For clients engaging in ketamine work, the process typically includes: Preparation: Clarifying intentions, reviewing expectations, and establishing a sense of safety and readiness Treatment sessions: Conducted in a clinically monitored environment with attention to both physiological and psychological safety Integration: Follow-up sessions focused on processing the experience and identifying ways to apply insights in a grounded, meaningful way Throughout our work together, I emphasize open communication, education, and collaboration. Clients are encouraged to actively participate in their care, ask questions, and develop a deeper understanding of their mental health. My goal is to provide care that is not only clinically effective but also supportive, respectful, and aligned with each individual’s broader vision for their life and well-being.
I am a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner, as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, specializing in integrative psychiatry and ketamine infusions for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and treatment-resistant conditions. I founded Revival Wellness & Ketamine in 2022, after witnessing the powerful impact of ketamine infusions on a dear friend. I made it a goal to spread awareness and offer this life-saving treatment.
