Phyllis Moses, BA, C-IAYT
Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator, Yoga Therapist
Portland OR
I first offer a free 30 minute consultation to so that we can get to know each other and feel if we are a good fit together. When we continue to the preparation sessions (2), I help people gain an understanding of how their nervous system operates and influences how we are in the world, and offer other appropriate tools, to already begin to incorporate lifelong tools of integration. I'm there to assist in formulating your intentions for the psilocybin journey. Afterwards, I'm there for you to help integrate your experience. If you want to continue working with me, I bring my 3 decades of teaching as a Yoga Therapist to our work. These ancient tools combine with current neuroscience and somatic understanding to help live an embodied life of compassion and freedom.
Phyllis's introduction to plant medicine as a teenager opened her eyes to a profound sense of oneness, awe, and beauty, shaping her life’s path. Over a decade of exploring psychedelics led her to Hawaii, where she first went to grow magic mushrooms. She spent 21 years there living in a multicultural community. These experiences deepened her connection to sacred plant medicine and wisdom.
Her studies with Indigenous cultures and Tibetan Buddhism transformed her understanding of the mind, inspiring her to bridge Eastern and Western perspectives. Moving to the Pacific Northwest, Phyllis dedicated three decades to the healing arts as a Yoga Therapist and hypnotherapist, working in hospitals, addiction centers, corporations, and beyond.
Phyllis teaches a Sacred Dance practice (taradhatu.org) rooted in Tibetan traditions, blending mystical experiences with evidence-based science. Her journey led her to become a licensed Psilocybin Facilitator through InnerTrek, and now practices in their service center, amongst other places.
Combining her knowledge and study of neuroscience, somatic practices, and psychedelics, Phyllis is committed to guiding deep healing. She listens to clients’ needs, helps set intentions, and supports their integration process, fostering growth, self compassion, and transformation. Her role as parent, and grandparent has helped cultivate a spirit of playfulness and joy!
One on One, or couples, and groups for legal psilocybin journey's. For preparation and/or ongoing integration I utilize the tools of being a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) in individual sessions.
