Trauma Healing Series A structured multi-session program (e.g., 6–8 weeks) focused on understanding trauma, building coping skills, and reconnecting with self. Self-Compassion & Boundaries Workshop A short-term group or individual program helping clients move past people-pleasing and perfectionism. Grief & Life Transitions Support Circle A group program for those navigating loss, change, or identity shifts. High-Functioning but Struggling: A Therapeutic Intensive Designed for clients who appear to be “doing fine” but feel disconnected or stuck internally. One-on-One Healing Pathways A personalized therapeutic journey with milestones and themes (e.g., reconnecting with self, healing inner wounds, building emotional resilience).
