Ronda Walker Weaver, MA, BCC, PC
Counselor
Orem UT
I have a clinic where I see clients, as well as I'm able to meet clients online.
In good counseling a space for connection, safety, and self-awareness is created.
I work closely with the individual using personalized approaches that focus on each person's unique needs. I want this environment to focus on a client feeling heard and seen.
We will build skills together for navigating through daily challenges.
I am committed to providing a safe compassionate rapport where clients can heal, grow, and move forward.
I've spent the past 40 years helping people flourish whether in a classroom environment, while dealing with a difficult diagnosis, or through chaplaining and pastoral counseling. Over the past four years I have facilitated, guided, and integrated more than 70 soul-journeys. As a board certified chaplain, holding space is what I do best, and helping you understand your journey, integrating your intentions, and making a plan to move forward are of utmost importance to me.
Through many different facets: an Interior Decorator, a Mom, a College Professor, a Chaplain, a Guide, and as a Pastoral Counselor, my focus is always on helping you find your strength and peace.
Beyond my own life experience (thank you divorce and breast cancer), I have years of specialized training in spirituality, aging (including caring for four parents who have since passed away), grief and loss, anxiety and fear, anger, contending with the unspoken, life transitions, mindfulness, self-discovery, cultural stressors, and caregiving.
I will always honor and respect your deeply held beliefs and traditions surrounding religion and culture, as well as identity and community; your safety is important to me.
Counseling, as well as facilitating, guiding, integrating journeys, all with set and setting in mind.
