I believe that you are the expert of your own life and I'm here to support you and assist you with the goals you set for yourself. I believe in a person-centered approach to therapy but I'm also happy to help teach coping, relaxation, and cognitive behavioral therapy skills when appropriate.
As a spiritual person myself, I'm happy to incorporate Christian and/or spiritual values to those clients seeking to include this into their counseling. However, these values are not imposed and are only included for those that request it. My goal is to provide a safe space for all clients regardless of religious and/or spiritual beliefs.
I offer psychedelic integration support, and Ketamine assisted psychotherapy in partnership with Journey Clinical.
I offer virtual individual therapy services to clients across Washington and California, and in-person services to clients in the Lacey/Olympia area of Washington state.
Hi, my name is Rondale and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor licensed in Washington and California. I offer telehealth services to clients across both Washington and California and in-person therapy and KAP in the Lacey/Olympia area of Washington. I've worked as a mental health therapist for over 13 years and specialize in working with anxiety, adjustment/life stressors, and trauma recovery. I'm very excited about psychedelic assisted therapy and its healing potential.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, and relaxing in the beautiful outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.
