Ronit Molko, PhD, BCBA-D
Founder, Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Los Angeles CA
I am licensed in CA and WA and work with clients remotely and in-person focusing on trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting issues, support for autism and neurodiversity (including diagnosis) and coaching for professionals looking to grow and expand in business. I provide ketamine-assisted therapy and integration support post psychedelic experiences.
I believe that individuals should be supported during psychedelic experiences and that leaving someone alone while on ketamine can cause additional issues and traumas- I fully support a psychotherapeutic psychedelic-assisted therapy model where the clinician is supporting an individual through these experiences. As a result, I sit with individuals who want to work with ketamine to support the experience and work with them on integration afterwards.
As a licensed clinical psychologist and entrepreneur, I have worked in behavioral health for the past 35 years with a focus on autism services, home health and mental health services. My passion for psychology is deeply rooted in my personal journey, navigating childhood trauma and witnessing my mother’s courageous battle with mental illness. Drawing inspiration from these experiences and with a deep interest in human development and healing trauma, my mission is to guide individuals, organizations, and communities through the intricate landscape of behavioral health, fostering meaningful outcomes and lives filled with purpose. My core value is EMPOWERMENT and I am committed to supporting individuals, professionals and organizations to be empowered in providing meaningful services and making meaningful changes in individuals lives.
I co-founded an organization serving the autism community which I ran for 15 years. I work with investors in behavioral health to support strategies for creating superior clinical programs and excellent clinical outcomes for their clients, and meaningful professional development for their employees.
I provide individual, couples and family counseling for those with neurodiversity and autism, as well individuals with anxiety, depression and trauma and those managing difficult personal relationships. I also provide counseling and coaching for business professionals seeking to grow their businesses, overcome personal challenges and create meaningful and fulfilling futures.
