I meet each client with warmth, curiosity, and respect for their lived experience. Our work is collaborative and fluid, sometimes quiet and reflective, sometimes more active and body-based. Always guided by what feels most supportive in the moment. I trust in your natural capacity to heal, and I’m here to walk alongside you as we gently reconnect with what’s already within.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I offer psychedelic preparation and integration support grounded in somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and nervous system regulation. These approaches deeply support the psychedelic process, helping you build the inner safety, presence, and connection needed to move through expanded states with more ease and intention. Somatic work helps you stay connected to your body. IFS offers a compassionate way to meet the parts of you that arise. Nervous system regulation supports your ability to integrate what comes up, so what you experience doesn’t just pass through, but has the space to take root and unfold over time. I hold this work with warmth and reverence, always honoring your pace, your inner wisdom, and the quiet power of bringing the body, mind, and spirit into relationship.
