I believe mental health is all about finding a baseline of awareness that allows you to live authentically & in a state of balance in all areas of your life. As a clinician, I avoid telling my clients what their mental health & wellness will look like. My clients lead each session, and I tailor my approach and methods based on whatever is showing up in the moment. I help empower you to find your ideal balance based on your experiences, observations, and needs so that you can cultivate ideal outcomes, habits, and lifestyles that help you thrive.
I’ve lived in Colorado for nearly a decade, and Summit County for the majority of that time. I moved here after college for the outdoors, the slower pace, and to do all of the activities that light me up. I deeply love & value life here in the mountains, and enjoy supporting the surrounding communities through whatever life may bring. I serve my community as a therapist, as well as a yoga & meditation teacher. In 2017, I followed the thread of my passions and embarked on a yoga teacher training. I began teaching yoga locally shortly after & learned just how important helping people, holding space, and healing is to me. I found a therapy program that incorporated similar principles, and off I went. My master’s program at Naropa University focused on mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling, which I infuse into my teachings and my client work. As an integrative therapist, I incorporate these modalities into my own healing & the healing of my clients. I offer free 15-minute phone consultations so that we can explore your needs, get to know each other, and feel out whether or not I am the right fit for you.
