Filled with plants, soft lighting, books, and fresh flowers, it’s designed to honor the beauty of transformation. My therapy cat, Cheddar, often joins us, offering calm companionship and comfort.
I am a holistic, trauma-informed psychotherapist and nurse with over a decade in women’s health, hospice, and surgical care. I blend evidence-based therapy with creative, spiritual tools to support deep healing, psychedelic integration, and soulful transformation.
I host a monthly psychedelic art integration group and other support groups occasionally as well.
