Shannon Lee, LGPC

LGPC, Mental Health Therapist
Washington DC
My approach to working with therapy clients is rooted in being person-centered. I prioritize creating a safe and empathetic environment where each client feels heard and respected. I believe that "faster is slower" when it comes to trauma work, recognizing that true healing takes time and patience. Each client is the expert in their own life, and I honor their autonomy, providing support and guidance as they navigate their unique journey. My goal is to empower clients to tap into their inner strengths and resources, fostering a collaborative process that leads to lasting change.
