True growth often requires releasing the familiar and venturing into the unknown. That sense of feeling lost can signal you're on the cusp of transformation.
You might be feeling stuck or overwhelmed in your relationships, or by the challenges life has thrown your way. Perhaps you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or the aftermath of trauma. Or maybe you’re searching for meaning, trying to understand who you are and where you’re going. Whatever has brought you here, I’m glad you’ve found this space."
I’m here to meet you exactly where you are, working alongside you at your pace to make sense of the suffering and joys in your life.
Our work will develop an embodied presence in the here and now, expanding your capacity to respond and make conscious choices aligned with your values. By cultivating awareness of how you relate to yourself and others, you’ll discover new possibilities—unlocking greater self-responsibility, empowerment, and trust.
My eclectic mix of training and experience forms the bedrock of my therapeutic work. I spent two decades leading technologists and artists; I also served as Adjunct Faculty for a graduate program in Entertainment Technology before pursuing what has now become, for me, more meaningful and purposeful work supporting individuals, couples, and families. I’m a practitioner in the Plum Village tradition of Engaged Buddhism and support individuals from any spiritual tradition.
