The Spear Counselling & Psychotherapy team specializes in providing innovative and advanced treatment programs for PTSD & concurrent issues, in a safe & supportive environment.
Our clinic offers advanced trauma treatment options, such as: Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Brainspotting, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT) Harm Reduction, Psychedelic Preparation and Integration Coaching, as well as combined advanced trauma therapies such as EMDR + IFS + KAP in order to accelerate healing & enhance therapeutic outcomes.
We are a group of mental health and wellness experts, specialized in providing high quality care to those impacted by trauma (PTSD) and complex trauma (C-PTSD), as well as concurrent conditions.
