I strive to create an environment that is open, non-judgmental, and directed by the best interest of client’s in my care, as you are the expert of your own experience. Through our work together, we will strive to identify thought patterns and belief systems that impact how you view yourself in pursuit of cultivating a deeper connection and understanding of yourself! My practice also involves a great deal of parts work, wherein we will identify different parts of yourself and work through the relational dynamics between your self and the various parts of yourself. Ultimately, I provide space for whatever a session calls for.
I am a queer and genderfluid Psychotherapist (with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers) currently practicing through Church Wellesley Counselling and Psychotherapy. Over the years I have worked on various psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy research teams and this is a strong passion of mine. Though, research aside, I've also learned a great deal about psychedelic therapy and integration through my extensive lived experience. One area that I am most dedicated to is the healing of trauma resulting from psychedelic usage. If you are someone who has experienced lasting trauma from the usage of psychedelics, I am someone who understands this healing process very well.
