For patients entering care with the CNYTWM practice (IV Ketamine treatment) the intake process involves a psychiatric evaluation, medical clearance, and in-person and remote preparation and integration sessions on a schedule TBD by the team. This treatment is offered on-site in Marcellus, NY.
For patients entering care with Journey Clinical (Sublingual Ketamine), the psychiatric evaluation is completed remotely; preparation and integration sessions occur at locations TBD b/t you and Susan (telehealth or home visit).

Susan's desire is to bring this progressive treatment to medically eligible individuals, in an accessible and affordable manner that is unique to each person's situation.
Susan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of Syracuse University. A native of Central New York, Susan’s clinical experience has been in mental health treatment settings including hospitals, foster care, school-based day treatment, residential care and private practice. Susan served for 10 years on Cortland County’s Post Trauma Response Team, an initiative committed to early intervention in the prevention of PTSD.
Susan’s private practice of 15 years has served individuals and families. She completed formal training in psychedelic preparation and integration in collaboration with Journey Clinical and Fluence in May 2023. She has experience supporting individuals interested in sublingual and IV Ketamine treatment, in close collaboration with 2 separate medical teams.
