I have worked with clients through the lens of EMDR with the greatest success. I believe that each client comes to the work with a unique perspective and I honor the clients lived experience. It is important to me to develop a strong relational foundation with any new clients before digging deep into the work. A felt sense of safety is the foundation for collaboration in the healing process.
I am a LCSW Supervisor who has worked in mental health for nearly 30 years. My practice experience ranges from medical social work, inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient program development and management to private practice. I have a passion for working with clients to help heal trauma and mitigate symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Our office offers individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy at this time. We also have access to prescribers in office who collaborate for KAP and other psychiatric and wellness support.
