I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in trauma, attachment wounds, and addiction. With a deep commitment to helping individuals heal and thrive, I integrate evidence-based practices such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) into my therapeutic approach. Additionally, I offer psychedelic-assisted therapy to support transformative healing experiences.
As a queer therapist, I am passionate about working with the queer community, providing a safe and affirming space for all individuals. My goal is to empower my clients, helping them navigate their unique challenges and uncover their inner strengths.
Outside of my practice, I find joy and rejuvenation in exploring the scenic trails in Santa Cruz with my wife and our beloved dogs. This time spent in nature not only enriches my personal life but also inspires my therapeutic approach, reminding me of the importance of balance and well-being in all aspects of life.
