Psychotherapist

I see therapy as a collaborative exploration. We stay close to what arises in the moment, whether that’s confusion, longing, numbness, or something that doesn’t yet have words. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’ve carried and how your nervous system has adapted to protect you, while creating space for more coherence, connection, and choice. My hope is that our work helps you feel more whole, more grounded, and more free to live in alignment with who you truly are.
I’m a trauma-informed psychotherapist who works with people who think and feel deeply. Many of the folks I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, or a quiet sense that something important in life feels missing. They’re often grappling with questions around identity, belonging, meaning, and what it truly means to live authentically.
I’m especially attuned to the impact of worldview disruption, what happens when the beliefs and structures that once made life feel coherent suddenly shift. This can emerge after psychedelic experiences, spiritual or religious upheaval, major life transitions, or moments of deep existential shock. These kinds of changes can open doors to transformation, but they can also leave people feeling disoriented, untethered, or alone in what they’re going through.
My work is relational and presence-based. I draw from somatic therapy, parts work, AEDP, and depth-oriented approaches, all within a trauma-informed lens. I’ve completed advanced training in psychedelic-assisted therapy through the Vital program with Psychedelics Today, and I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as well as preparation and integration for those engaging with psychedelics or plant medicines.
I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences, including those within queer, kink, and poly communities, and anyone who struggles to feel understood or “fit” in the world around them. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I’m not here to fix you, but to join you in the work of understanding, healing, and integrating who you are.
In a world that can feel fragmented and overwhelming, I offer a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what feels real. Together, we’ll explore what hurts, what’s evolving, and what becomes possible when you are met with curiosity, compassion, and care.
