I bring a full and flexible toolbox into our work, drawing on different modalities depending on what feels most supportive for you and for the moment you’re in. Sessions are collaborative and responsive rather than formulaic, allowing the integration process to unfold organically.
Tools and approaches I may weave into our work include:
- Symbolic and psychological understanding of your journey experiences, dreams, and unconscious patterns, helping you make meaning without reducing the mystery too quickly
- Dreamwork and symbolic amplification, using your nighttime dreams and inner imagery as guides for deeper integration
- Archetypal and oracle card work to clarify themes, inner dynamics, and soul-level invitations emerging from your experience
- Somatic awareness and nervous system support, helping insights move from cognition into the body and daily life
- Neuro-Art to help integrate the journeys (it is exceptionally effective!)
- Journaling prompts and reflective practices to continue the integration process on your own time
- Shamanic and spiritual frameworks to contextualize visions, encounters, and non-ordinary experiences in a grounded, respectful way
- Relational dialogue and deep listening, creating space for your full experience to be witnessed, spoken, and metabolized
My clients and I weave the meanings together, as I am not the authority on your journey. My intention and goal is to support clarity, embodiment, and integration at a pace that honors your nervous system and your inner wisdom.
Plant medicines changed my life -- not through any kind of transcendent, incredible journeys, but through very challenging ones that took many months to integrate. This integration was *everything*.
Now one of my roles is as a psychedelic integration guide. I also specialize in dream work and am a spiritual mentor devoted to the sacred art of inner transformation.
My background weaves together psychotherapy training, shamanic practice, dreamwork, shadow alchemy, intuitive healing, and somatic nervous system integration. I support individuals in making sense of psychedelic and plant medicine experiences -- helping translate visions, emotions, insights, and challenges into grounded understanding and embodied change. I believe integration is where the real medicine unfolds, and I hold this phase as essential and sacred.
I believe transformation is not about becoming someone else -- it is about remembering who you truly are, and learning how to live that truth with clarity, care, and responsibility.
